I took holidays package from Naswiz Holidays Pvt. Ltd. on 04 Jan’13 for 9750. As per package i need to book my own ticket the they will reimburse me after 10-15 day of my travelling. I travelled in Aug’13 and after travelled I applied for reimbursement as per procedure. They made me lot of excuse for non refund for railway tickets. Like they said audit was going on so AP team working on that . Now they saying my address is wrong so courier of refund is not delivered. Now they saying they already sent me courier from last 15 days but i did not recieved anything. Its already more than 120 days since my travelled. Please help me to get my railway refund & i also seeks compensation for mentally harassing by said company for refund.
