I bought a Tata Docomo Photon Max Wi-Fi Data card and took Photon Max Wi Fi connection from Drive India Enterprise Solutions Ltd. at Building No. 35, Park Street, Kolkata 700016 on 14/12/13. I did not get the internet speed which I was supposed to get for this connection. I notified this fact to the customer care on 16/12/2013. A Technical man named Mr. Ashok Ghosh came to my house on 17/12/13 and checked my complain and admitted, my locality did not support Photon Max network and generate a fault complain report accordingly. I kept a photo copy of the report. Subsequently, on my request the Photon Max connection had been cancelled. I also requested them to return my money and take back the data card as the internet service did not work. But I received a refusal from Ms. Sanghamitra Bhattashali, Asst. Manager-Service Mktg. & Retention-Customer Service Delivery Mobility,Tata Teleservices Ltd., Kolkata. Now my question is, since the data card and Internet connection are complementary to each other why can I not get my money back for the device ?
